Workplace Investigations

JL Group follows the fundamentals of administrative investigations in each workplace examination including collecting evidence, identifying applicable policies or laws, weighing evidence according to legal standards, conducting a critical evaluation of findings, and supporting analysis. Team members have conducted more than 600 neutral and independent police, firefighter/paramedic, public and private entity personnel investigations, and prepared comprehensive fact-finding reports.
